Rates include 12% Florida taxes plus pre-arrival preparation and departure clean.

Bookings of 7 days or less will incur an additional clean fee of $50

Minimum rental is 3 nights with a maximum rental of 6 months.
Rates include power, water, and local telephone calls.
Pool heating is $70 per week if required. Pool heating is only required occasionally during the winter months.
